I’ve been messing around with photography since the summer of 2006, when I bought a Canon Digital Rebel XT and started taking pictures of everything around me. Since then, I’ve upgraded to the XTi and most recently the Canon EOS 5D. I may have also become a better photographer along the way, but I’ll leave that up to the reader to decide.

I started Imago Diem (latin for Daily Image) to showcase some of the favorite pictures I’ve taken over the years in a larger format. The plan is to post one new picture per day, every weekday. Nature and scenery are my favorite subjects to photograph, but I’ll try to mix in some portraits or other subject areas as well.
